Flex Run 3D

Flex Run 3D is a weird but addictive 3D arcade game that adds yoga poses to the classic runner formula. Your character runs forward automatically — you drag their body into poses that fit through furniture obstacles: sometimes duck, sometimes lean, sometimes balance on one foot.

At the end of the path there's a finish wall with different cutout shapes — guide your character into the matching pose to pass through; miss it and you smack the wall. Runs instantly in your browser with no download or sign-up needed.

About Flex Run 3D

Single or dual character modes are available. In dual mode you control two characters at once — one horizontal, one vertical pose. Furniture (coffee table, lamp, chair) comes at different heights; you need to quickly figure out whether to duck under or hop over. Purple number rings on the finish wall give bonus points for hitting them with the right pose.

Why is it fun?

Character animations are goofy, tension is light, pace is satisfying. Six unlockable costumes give a collection feel. Works with one hand — ideal as a quick break game.

Is it safe?

Yes. No violence or scary scenes — just funny yoga poses and furniture. Suitable for ages 7 and up.

1. Open the page and pick your character.
2. Your character runs automatically.
3. Drag down or sideways with your mouse or finger to bend the body.
4. Crouch under low furniture, hop over high obstacles.
5. As you approach the finish wall, shape your character to fit the hole.
6. Aim for the purple number rings with the right pose to earn bonus points.

• Speed is constant — don't panic. Set your body position as soon as you spot an obstacle.
• In dual mode, think symmetrically: if one leans right, the other leans left.
• Don't wait too long to pose for the finish wall — start adjusting 2-3 steps out.
• Purple number rings always give extra points — never ignore them.
• On mobile, one finger is enough — two fingers can accidentally trigger the wrong pose.
