About Robber Run

Your character is quick but not loud. Each level shows a cross-section of a building: you move between rooms, corridors and floors. The goal is reaching the safe and the valuables, then getting back to the exit in one piece. Get spotted and the alarm sounds, restarting the level.

The real subject here is rhythm, not speed. A camera sweeps on a fixed cycle and a guard walks a set pattern. Waiting a few seconds for the right gap is far safer than sprinting through. Later on, laser barriers, pressure sensors and locked doors join the mix.

Levels are short but they like to be thought about. Some rooms hold extra pouches; grabbing them raises the risk and the score together. On every floor you need an exit route, because the guards may have moved by the time you head back.

Why kids like it

The balance between puzzle and stealth is nicely judged. A level rarely falls on the first try: you attempt it, you see the pattern, you plan again. That is exactly the kind of thinking kids enjoy.

Is it safe?

The burglar theme is drawn in a cartoon style, with no blood and nothing frightening. Getting caught simply restarts the level. Suitable for ages 7 and up.

1. Enter the level: Start on the ground floor and read the layout of the rooms.
2. Move: Walk with ← and →, use stairs and doors with ↑.
3. Watch the patrol: Study the guard and camera cycles for a few seconds and pick your gap.
4. Cross at the right moment: Move once the sightline clears and never stop mid-corridor.
5. Collect the valuables: Reach the safes and pouches and take what is inside.
6. Head back to the exit: Once you are done collecting, reach the door to finish the level.

• Watch first: Let the patrol complete a full loop before entering a room and the pattern becomes obvious.
• Use the corners: Waiting against a wall keeps you outside the sightlines.
• Plan backwards: Map the exit route from the start; getting trapped on the way back is the most common mistake.
• Leave the risky pouch for last: Take the easy valuables first and try the awkward one once you know the level.
• Do not rush: There is no clock pressure, and waiting a few seconds is usually the shortest path.
