Drop a chip and watch where it rolls. 2048 Drop is a puzzle that borrows the physics of fruit-dropping games and runs it on 2048 number logic. Open the page, the box is ready and the first chip is in your hand.

How does 2048 Drop play?

A numbered chip waits at the top of the screen. Slide the mouse left and right to choose the release point. When two chips of the same value touch, they merge into the next number up. Two and two become four, four and four become eight, and your score grows from those merges.

Here is the tricky part: the chips behave like real objects. They roll, slide and push whatever sits underneath. A chip you thought was placed perfectly can bounce off an edge and end up somewhere else entirely. As the box fills, the gaps shrink and every decision starts to matter more.

If a chip touches the white line at the top, the round is over. That is why it pays to gather the big numbers on one side and feed the small ones next to them. A well-built row can start a chain merge with a single drop and clear a lot of space at once.
