At the beginning you handle everything yourself: head to the mining zone, walk around while your auto-vacuum gun sucks up minerals, return to base once your backpack is full, and sell the haul. This first loop is simple but earns fast.

Reinvesting in gear upgrades is where the meat of the game lives. Mining power, backpack capacity, and movement speed are your near-term investments. Past a certain point you can hire workers and buy auto-miners — from then on the operation runs itself while you explore further out.

Each new planet brings tougher terrain and rarer minerals — but those rare minerals sell for far more. Upgrading enough to reach the distant planets is the driving sense of progress in the game.
